At Trips on Tips, we believe in maintaining complete transparency throughout the tour planning and payment process. Our objective is to provide institutions, teachers, students, and parents with clear information regarding payments, inclusions, responsibilities, and travel guidelines.

Payment Schedule

The total tour cost shall be paid according to the following schedule:

• 70% of the total tour fee must be paid at the time of initial registration and confirmation of the tour.
• 15% payment shall be made on the first day of the tour.
• Remaining 15% payment shall be settled on the final day morning of the tour.

All payments must be made directly to Trips on Tips through approved payment methods, including cheque, bank transfer, or online payment.

No interest shall be payable by Trips on Tips on any advance payments or deposits received.

Tour Package Includes

The tour package generally includes:

• ? Round-trip transportation as per itinerary
• ? Hotel accommodation on a sharing basis
• ? Transportation through coaches, buses, or vehicles as required
• ? Meals as mentioned in the tour plan
• ? Sightseeing and educational visit entry fees
• ? Professional tour management and coordination

All quotations provided by Trips on Tips are carefully prepared based on the selected itinerary and services. By registering for the tour, participants and guardians confirm that they have reviewed and understood the tour brochure, fee structure, inclusions, and applicable terms.

Travel Insurance & Medical Support

Travel insurance recommendations and coverage details will be shared with participants as applicable. Basic first-aid support will be available during the tour through our authorized representatives.

Participants are advised to obtain suitable travel insurance coverage according to their requirements, especially for international travel.

Transportation Responsibility

Participants understand that transportation may be arranged for sightseeing, transfers, educational visits, and other tour-related activities.

During transportation, students will remain under the supervision of Trips on Tips staff, appointed representatives, drivers, or associated personnel. All necessary safety guidelines must be followed throughout the journey.

Trips on Tips shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, damages, or incidents arising due to participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Flight & Railway Arrangements

For air or rail travel, Trips on Tips works with approved carriers and service providers.

Please note:

• Non-stop flights or trains cannot always be guaranteed.
• Specific airlines, railway services, airports, or stations cannot be guaranteed.
• Group members may be accommodated through different services depending on availability and operational requirements.
• Seating arrangements are controlled by airlines or railway authorities.
• Schedule changes, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, or technical issues are beyond the control of Trips on Tips.

Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or ticket changes, shall be borne by the participant/guardian.

Hotel Accommodation

Accommodation is selected based on safety, hygiene, location, quality standards, and reliability.

Students will generally be accommodated on a sharing basis with students of the same gender. Adult participants will be accommodated according to availability and room arrangements.

Any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or misconduct by participants shall be the responsibility of the concerned student/guardian.

Meals

Meals included in the tour package will be provided according to the finalized menu and itinerary.

If a participant chooses not to consume provided meals for personal reasons, no refund or adjustment will be applicable.

Special meal requests or dietary requirements must be communicated in writing before departure. Trips on Tips will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability in every location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Trips on Tips reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unavoidable circumstances, operational issues, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.
• In case of cancellation due to force majeure events, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after considering cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, government authorities, and other service partners.
• If a participant fails to complete scheduled payments, previously paid amounts may become non-refundable.
• The final refund decision will depend on the circumstances and applicable supplier policies.

Photography & Media Permission

By participating in the program, participants and guardians authorize Trips on Tips to use photographs, videos, testimonials, educational activities, and related materials captured during the tour for promotional, educational, and communication purposes.

No additional compensation shall be payable for such usage.

Student Behaviour Policy

Educational tours require discipline, responsibility, and respect from all participants.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• ? Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances
• ? Any illegal activity
• ? Misconduct, harassment, vandalism, or damage to property
• ? Actions that may compromise personal or group safety

Violation of rules may result in removal from the tour. Any additional expenses related to early return, transportation, accommodation, or supervision shall be borne by the participant/guardian.

Students must:

• ? Follow instructions given by teachers and tour managers
• ? Respect local laws, customs, and community guidelines
• ? Remain with their assigned group members
• ? Follow the tour schedule and safety instructions
• ? Take responsibility for personal belongings and expenses

Exclusions From Tour Price

Unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary, the following are not included:

• Government taxes, service charges, or applicable fees
• Personal expenses
• Additional activities not mentioned in the package
• Medical expenses
• Personal shopping expenses
• Expenses arising due to behavioural issues or emergency situations
• Any service not specifically listed under "Tour Package Includes"

Liability & Responsibility

Trips on Tips takes every reasonable measure to ensure safe and professionally managed tours. However, the company shall not be responsible for losses, delays, damages, injuries, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including airlines, railways, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions, government restrictions, or participant negligence.

Participants and guardians agree to follow all safety instructions and accept responsibility for personal conduct throughout the journey.

Legal Jurisdiction & Terms Updates

In the event of any legal dispute or proceedings arising in connection with this program, all parties agree that such matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India, and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Trips on Tips reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon publication or communication through appropriate channels.
